In 2005 WMF launched a unique pan which revolutionised the frying pan market. TopTec has the patented NanoDur® multislide® non-stick coating which is based on nanotechnology and is unique world-wide. The coating-which is inside and out-, has a number of advantages. It is extremely scratch resistant and 100 percent more durable than usual coatings. Even when in constant use the TopTec frying pans show very little wear. The TopTec pans are ideal for gently frying delicate ingredients. Nothing gets burnt, nothing sticks. The handle is ergonomically shaped for easy handling and the thick aluminium base ensures even heat distribution. The frying pans are easy to clean.
