I would highly recommend this wedge. I purchased it for my husband who is in constant agony from a crumbling spine the absolute worse time of day for him being when he tries to get out of bed in the morning as his back seems to stiffen up overnight. The wedge has helped prop him up in bed and as he's not laid so flat his back isn't as stiff when he wakes making it less painful for him to sit up properly which in turn has made it easier for him to get out of bed. Admittedly the pillow is quite hard but he places 2 normal pillows over it and seems to get a reasonably comfortable sleep now.
The only thing I could moan about if anything is that it could do to be a little wider as his pillows hang over the edges.
For me there is also an added bonus as he doesn't snore so much now :

My grandmother (90) has osteoarthritis and spondylosis, and fell over a few weeks ago, probably causing more damage to her crumbling spine and ribs. She has been in a great deal of pain, and totally unable to lie down and sleep comfortably in any position. She is otherwise fit of mind and body and finds her recent reliance on us very tiresome! Every night we built complex structures of about a dozen pillows in order to prop her into a position where she could sleep, and each night this was a failure, she'd wake up in agony and we would have to try the whole business again at 3am.
Then I bought this wedge along with a Tempur memory foam pillow, one with a bulge supporting the neck. The wedge came extremely fast, even though it was ordered just before christmas. After some experimentation I put two very thin, old pillows over the firm wedge for comfort, with the Tempur pillow on top, and my grandmother has slept well propped up in this way ever since. The wedge is supportive, more like an extension of the mattress than a pillow. This has allowed her, and us, to sleep. Her levels of pain and mobility are also improving gradually although it is impossible to say for sure that the wedge has caused this! We are absolutely delighted with the product and the service.

I purchased this pillow for my husband to help with his reflux at night and it does exactly as it says on the tin. I will admit it is very solid though and I have found that it is only comfortable to sleep on this pillow on your back (not on your side), but it is great for sitting up in bed and reading.
The only other problem is that dependent on height it can be a little uncomfortable because the wedge is not quite slanted and long enough. I am only 155cm, so for me the pillow is ok and leaves only a small gap between the small of my back and the bed when I lie down.
For my husband however, who is 170cm, he has a large gap between the bed and small of his back and has to use a normal pillow to fill the gap and provide support. Furthermore, because wedge makes you sleep further down, he find his feet are hanging off the bed, which for some can be a little uncomfortable.
Overall however this pillow does with job and helps him sleep better with his reflux so I am happy with the purchase!

Try it for a while
