At first i bought this item on a whim and when it arrived i thought i had made a mistake but i hadn't!
The 3 different work out sections are easy to follow as they go through all the moves slowly first and it is easy to keep up with. Also the three girls vary, one isn;t very flexible, one is normal and one is extremly flexible so it shows you that no matter how unfit or unflexible you are these are still easy to do!
The three workout sections vary and they really do keep you fit! i tried doing all three ina row which was a big mistake! even one can get you out of breath and i have only just started using these but i can feel the burn already!
The hair and make up sections are good but difficult to get the hang of,as they do not go through it slowly, but they are easy to understand and if you watch and pause or memorise them then they are very good as they have three different styles for three different types of people, the natural look, the party look, its all there! The clothes sections isn't as good because the wags are just going through their wardrobs, they have good style and some tips are helpful but they are all thin and beautiful so it can be a little patronising, this is why i put 4 stars instead of 5.
It is also very fun if you do it with your friends and it can create a good laugh when you go wrong!
all in all i think this is a good buy and worth the not-high-amount of money. Even if you are fit and flexible this is still a fun workout although it may be too easy for you!

Glamour Hair Class
Nails information
A look into the 3 girls wardrobes

The fitness was dead easy:
3 Half an hour work outs that provided fairly good toning in all areas.

What I liked about the routines was the music - it was well chosen and the originals which always get the thumbs up from me. V Good

The rest of it well - it just just shows you what money can buy, as you see all three rather ordainary women transformed by makeup artists and stylists.

Definately worth a look and the routines are all definately doable :) not bad

I bought this fitness DVD for my girlfriend - as I wanted to watch Nicola T jig about ! I have to say that my gf is really into the workouts and is convinced that she will be able to lose weight and achieve the WAG look. Great music is a real bonus. Highly recommended and very energetic in the advanced section.
