I bought this as I had seen photos of the Nails Inc Sprinkles collection, but the price was way too high for me--then I saw this polish swatched on a few nail blogs, and thought it was a great similar product at a quarter of the price!
This is a milky white polish loaded with lots of tiny, matte black hexagon glitter. It's opaque in two coats, or can be layered over a white undercoat. I highly recommend applying two coats, as the layering and visual depth is a big part of this polish's charm, and creates a bit of a 'jelly sandwich' effect.
There seem to be two other polishes in the W7 range that similarly riff on the 'Sprinkles' theme: Mosaic and Lava Flow. I have not tried those as the photos I found online show that they include shiny glitter as well as matte, and this seems to give them a more garish effect.
I would definitely recommend the Salt n Pepper though--it's unusual and completely on-trend, but not trashy.
