The best owl book in the world.... Ever!! 19 May 2004
By Alistair Ross - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
I first bought this book about 12 years ago, and it eclipsed any of my other books about owls or birds of prey. Sometimes the info could me more than is required for the general enthusiast, but at least you have the choice of what to absorb, rather than having to continue to search for answers from other sources. And Oh... the illustrations. The book is worth every penny for these alone. Sadly a recent divorce lost me my copy... the 'ex' claimed it, so I have ordered it again. Only used copies are available as the book is now out of print (criminal!!!), but as this is the sort of book that you care for and treasure, used examples should be fine.

If you love owls, track down a copy of this book and buy it without hesitation!
