Bought this knife set as a piece of art for the kitchen, but was very pleasantly suprised by the quality of the knives. They are the best knives I have ever owned, well balanced, very sharp and good to look at. A joy to use.

I first saw this knife block in a trendy shop, but it was very expensive. After looking online and hesitating for quite a few weeks, as I was put off by the negative reviews that I had read, I decided to go for it. I bought it in black. It is big, but looks okay in my small kitchen. The knives are great and it is a real talking point. I would recommend the knive block to anyone :-)

As soon as I pulled it out of the box my sick sense of humour loved it. The knives are decent and practical, and are used nearly everyday in my kitchen. The stand itself is a little bit cheap looking as it is plastic, but overall if you like something practical yet querky I think this is worth it
