I must admit I was a bit apprehensive when opening the box after reading the reviews about there being no instructions but I had no need to be worried. If you have any common sense then it is very simple. There is only the four main parts of the frame to attach together with the screws provided. Then there is the two brackets that attach to the back of your tv. Helpfully provided in the box is a pack of various size screws to hopefully fit every tv, ours was a Toshiba and it was easy to work out which screws were the right ones to use. The most difficult part of installing this mount was drilling into our very solid wall. Once that was out of the way it took minutes to plug the cabling into the tv and hook the tv onto the wall mount and secure it. Been up a week now and is very very solid - even withstands our 1 year old trying to grab the tv. Would definately consider getting another one when we're ready to wall mount the tv in our dining room.

Was not sure about this item at first with it being so cheap but mine has been on the wall six months now and still secure. Was also easy to put up.

I first bought an "Ultra Slim LED TV Wall Mount Bracket System", to mount my 55" Samsung LED TV. Those use a picture hanging type of arrangement with two large bolts into the wall to support the cable, which the TV then hangs on. While the cable and brackets seemed resilient enough, they are only as strong as the two wall fixings. Having tested these and found that the supplied fixings pulled out of the wall fairly easily, I opted for this Designer Habitat bracket instead.
This type of bracket screws to the wall at eight or more points, so it is very secure, although it does stick out from the wall by 1cm more than the cable hanging type of bracket. Unlike the cable type of bracket, this also has the advantage of holding the TV firmly against the wall, which is a big factor if you have children in the house. The supplied wall mount rawl plugs and screws were not very good though, so I'd recommend buying some better ones.
This bracket is also a stable platform to mount LED lighting strips, if you want to light up the wall around the TV, instead of the whole room (which looks really great and cuts down on screen glare).

Returned this when I found it impossible to assemble because two of the screw holes were missing. Just need three more words to be able to post this.

Update: Have been e-mailed by the supplier who asked me to remove my review because it was harming sales. So... If you want to buy a faulty TV wall bracket then this is the one for you!! This is meant to be humorous but my original review was fair and accurate. Surely if sellers want positive reviews then there is an easy way to do this... great service and products that work as described. It would be wrong of me to lie just to increase sales (and returns).

This is not heavy gauge cold rolled steel as stated, It is actually four pieces of very thin metal less than 1mm thick. It arrived bent which I managed to straighten out using my bare hands and I ain't Superman. The overall look, feel and quality of this item is simply shocking. years ago when I purchased my first large flat screen tv the bracket I purchased cost £130 and it is solid 3-4mm thick steel ultra strong, this is a case of you get what you pay for, save your pennies get a quality bracket and don't risk your tv falling off the wall, The supplied fixings are poor quality also and if you really are going to fit this then you should invest in some quality fixings and if you unsure get someone to fit it for you. good luck, I really cannot understand people who have given this great reviews it is really poor trust me.

It could have been a lot stronger type.
It will hold the tv safely providing mounted correctly with all nuts and bolts .
Once mounted , it is shaky as if it's going to fall .
Basically spend more money for stronger brackets £20-40 ish.

Don't buy it you will be dissapointed and once you worked hard installing it
You will not be bothered to return it .
Go to shops and physically look at then decide .
My professional installer was not happy at all with its flimsy metal .

Very good build quality, sits flush (had to get angle adapters for hdmi and antenna), looks sleek.
My tv weighs 20kg but this mount can take a lot more weight. Value for money as it does the job better if not same as the other mounts sold in shops for nearly 5x the price
