A Classic Album

1999, a really big year for Hardcore music. Some rare gems are captured on this album. DJ Sy's mix was the best to me. There is a nice blend of vocal anthems and non-vocal stompers on his mix. DJ Vibes comes in 2nd place for me. The mix is pure underground, but not enough vocals, and the tracks get a little bland. Dougal...one of the worse mixes by him. None of the tracks really build any excitement and he uses the same mixing techinque between every track. All in all, this cd is pretty rare, but like I said, there are a lot of good tracks on here, the energy would just be bigger if they were mixed in a different order.
