I was apporached by the suppliers for feedback on the product back in January 2011, my reply is shown below - they said they would get back to me - but they haven't, so if you order this product be prepared to do a little extra DIY to use it!

Please see my feedback below. As requested I am replying back to you
before leaving a reply on the Amazon website.
Positive
1. The delivery was on time and as estimated
Not so Positive
1. The vertical arms that attach to the TV - there was no way of fitting
these arms without them showing, I had to cut 2" of the top, otherwise they
would be permanently on show (note this was for a 32" TV, near the top of
the range for the wall mount provided)
2. The alignment of the holes on these arms meant that when the mount was
fitted straight using the spirit level, the TV was 10mm higher on one side
than the other - I had to fit the wall mount at an angle and use all the
tolerance provided by the holes in the vertical arms, as well as the
securing bolts to get the TV level!!! A right pain
3. The manufacturer do not provided enough bolts and washers to use
the wall mount as supplied, I was fortunate that I had purchased a wall
mount last year and was able to use the bolts and washers from that to get
the arms attached to the TV. (For example, my TV used 4mm bolts, they
supplied 1 option for this size and they were too long, the washers they
provided were not big enough to stop them falling straight through the
slots, in other words useless)
I was happy with the delivery but the product as supplied was not fit for
purposes. I had to cut the arms, fit the mount on an angle to get the TV
level and use another suppliers bolts and washers to get the TV on the wall
- not great really.

The bracket is as described. The frame which attaches to the wall is robust, however the holes in the vertical arms didn't line up exactly with the mounting holes in my 26" Sony TV, which are exactly 100mm apart. I would imagine this is a standard size. However, I opened two of the holes up and was then able to install the mounting screws correctly.

Excellent and well made bracket for the money. Built in spirit level not much good as it is fixed by screws which have have some play with the mounting holes, mine did not read a true level. Easy enough to use a seperate spirit level though.

Amazing mount bracket
I use it for my 32'' Samsung LCD and im very happy with my purchase, is very firm when installed and the level is very useful when drilling the holes. For the price is very good .

Not for me...
The spirit level is inaccurate so there isn't really much point having it there. I have a 32" LED Samsung and once the mount was attached, the two arms stuck out above the TV. Read more
