Call this a wrist strap!! More like a leg strap, it is way too big, it would literally fit round your thigh and what point is that? What a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS.
The strap floats ok, but is too big to tighten around your wrist. It is still usable, but you have to use the wrist strap that comes with the camera to secure the camera & wear this behind it. The vivitar 850w that I got it for seems to float by itself anyway. Possibly other cameras don't.
