Although I have previously reviewed this product I will try and say something.
This camera was bought as a replacement for a Samsung digital 7.5 pixcels that didn't last very long and purchased to please my daughter. I went for economy and glad I did since she is quit pleased with the results. Bought it as used and wasn't disappointed.
Camera has a lot of features as the more expensive Samsung and gaughter is quite pleased with it.

This was a good value camera, not a big price for big screen and big pixel count! It was for an 8 year old and she can work it easily, so I would recommend this for 8 years and above.

Started off well - picture quality not bad for the money and very easy to use. My 9 year old worked it out pretty quickly and then showed me. Three months down the line, hoever, and it is kaput. Can't get the lens cover to open so not really good value at all. Will go back to a pricier camera in the hope that it will last longer.

Don't bother!
The Vivitar range produces decent daytime images, but night images are a completely different matter! They're the worst quality night time images I've seen from a digital camera. Read more
