These are by far the worst type of earplugs I have ever used. There is not enough stiffness - when you press them before inserting into your ears, they expand immediately - not allowing enough time to insert in your ears. If you somehow manage to insert them by pushing and shoving, you'll find that the sound attenuation is also poor. You can hear what someone says around you. I tried ear plugs of many different brands they were much better than these. So, avoid at all cost.

Utter rubbish, limp, fall out in a few seconds. Would have returned them, had it not been for hygiene reasons. Dont even deserve 1 star.
