It is what it says but be careful with the concentration or you will burn the roots - I followed the instructions and it was far too strong and would have killed the plant if not re-potted as soon as the leaves started to burn so I would say start off with 10% of what it says on the packaging
Firstly how quick and efficient the company was in delivering my order. Secondly I was very impressed with the product, I now have some amazing lace "BLUE" Hydrangeas. Fabulous.
