I bought one of these a year ago, but unfortunately there seems to be a problem. I have emailed Vitamix twice and still they haven't bothered to reply. This product comes with a 7 year guarantee - but without being able to communicate with them it's useless! At well over 400 quid I expect more from this machine - and Vitamix customer services!
