Format:Paperback
This easy to read book is one of the 'must haves' for any health care professional involved in delivering or planning care for people with diabetes; it will be especially useful for GPs and practice nurses. Each section concludes with a list of prompts to remind the health care professional and the patient of their responsibilities on the subject. It is not full of medical jargon and would therefore also be extremely useful for people with diabetes or anyone who would like to know more about this subject.
