This is a very good product. I would recommend it to anyone who is weaning. In 2 months we have used it every meal and my daugther only managed to get if off once - we don't know how she did it - she looked more shocked than us - it was funny! I think I didn't put it on correctly. She's never been able to do it again. Only word of warning is that you should make sure that you place the bottom sucker bit on a totally clean/dry table/highchair tray otherwise it can be a bit tricky to remove after the meal is finished.

There were a few people who said the bowl didn't stay stuck to surfaces and was incredibly difficult to get off its base. They were right. Because other reviewers sounded so positive we thought it was worth the chance. Save yourself some money and hassle. Buy something else. It doesn't stay put and it's such a hassle to take apart. We've packed it up after only 2 uses. Off to the charity shop!

We loved the idea of this product but unfortunately it just didn't seem to work for us. We doing BLW and were looking for something that would help our 8 month old learn to spoon feed himself - he can manage a spoon of pre-loaded food but hasn't yet mastered putting the spoon into the bowl to load it himself ("normal" baby bowls usually end up on the floor). We have an IKEA Antilop highchair and tray and our baby simply pulled this bowl (and sucker) straight off the tray and onto the floor. The instructions say that the bowl doesn't work on wooden surfaces but it's supposed to be designed for smooth surfaces (like ours) so not sure what went wrong. The bowl also didn't seem to securely click into the base. Amazon kindly refunded us once we returned the product.

One of the Best Buys I have made for my Baby!
