The product itself is great no complaints.
Take it on a daily basis and you know baby is getting a helping hand at getting a good start in life.
I would however say don't buy it from Amazon as like a previous review I also experienced the problem with packaging. The box arrived crushed and the the foil that keeps the tablets and capsules in place ends up being broken and you end up with some of them arriving loose in the packaging.
You are lucky if the capsules haven't leaked every where.

This product was delivered within 3 days in mint condition. Women say on here that it makes them feel sick, but what I do is take the pills in the evening. Much better this way as you don't have to worry about keeping it down. Excellent product!

I started taking this product (after finishing another brand) in my first trimester.
Almost immediately from taking the first one the morning sickness started, or all day nausea/vomiting. This got so bad I was unable to do anything but get up, go to work, spend all day in the toilet and go home to bed. I thought I was just one of the many unlucky ones who suffered badly with sickness during pregnancy....until a friend of mine told me she ended up on a drip in A&E after taking these vitamins. Apparently if your levels of iron are already high, taking a supplement with more iron in will cause severe nausea!! No doctor had told me this!! After 2 days off the tablets I was feeling more human and could actually function. The nausea still came and went but only when I needed a snack and wasn't debilitating.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE check your iron levels with your dr before taking any supplements with iron in. This could save you alot of agony!!

I took the conception Pregnacare vitamins, which I found to be a great supplement. Then I moved onto these vitamins. Although I know that you should get goodness from the foods you eat, these tablets give you reassurance that you and the baby are getting everything in your diet; there is also additional omega 3. You can't argue with the price of this supplement, compared to the high street. I would recommend these to any pregnant women :)

I do not know how absorbable these vitamins are, but I am satisfied with the product and plan on continuing them throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding. They are easily swallowable tablets that I have not had any reactions to. It's reassuring to know I am getting the vitamins and Omega 3 needed to support a healthy, growing baby (especially on the days when my nausea prevents me from eating much).

These tablets are great value for money - much more expensive in the supermarkets and chemists. They're a great all-in-one (or rather, all-in-two) supplement with everything your body requires from conception right through to breast feeding. They are marked with days of the week, which helps me to remember to take them. Buy in bulk and then you won't have to think about it too much. Can't say more than that, really - does what it says on the tin.
