There's rarely a book out there that I could safely say would interest the whole family - but this is one of them. From granny in the corner to the grumpy teenager on the couch to dad who knows everything, this book has it all. It is a refreshing read, mainly because there is almost nothing to read! Each subject has been visualised and expressed with humor and wit, from rising sea levels to world domination, from types of drugs to the left vs. right on the political spectrum.
Everyone I've shown this book to loves it, and becomes a real conversation piece. Each visualisation has a whole story to tell. Hard to explain but easy to understand once you see it. Trust me, you'll love this book and so will the somebody your thinking of getting it for. And if you haven't seen it yet yourself you're in for a real treat!
(Oh and this is the same book as Information is Beautiful which is the UK version - so don't make the same mistake I did and buy both!)
