The Vision Plus TV has been specifically designed for those on the move and is bristling with great features.
Firstly being a Digital 'TICK' approved product the tuner enables reception of all the FREEVIEW terrestrial channels, subject to location. In addition the analogue tuner gives you reception of the five traditional channels.
Another great benefit of this compact TV is the 16:9 Widescreen which ensures the maximum amount of picture is being viewed.
In order to be 'futureproof' the Vision Plus TV is HD ready and has the High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) necessary for receiving HD channels.
A new feature on the 2010 Vision Plus TV is the ability to record live TV via a suiteable USB memory device! Using your EPG (Electronic Program Guide) you can choose the TV program you want to record and just let the TV do the rest. You can then view all your recorded programes and even pause it at a time convenient to you!
Another major benefit of this TV is the integrated DVD/CD player that can also play your CDs.
When travelling abroad the Multi Standard Tuner enables TV reception throughout Europe, including France, being PAL and SECAM compatible.
Designed for use on battery or mains power, the TV can function fully as low as 10 and up to 30 volts as well as 110-240 volts mains power.

The VisionPlus 15 inch TV and DVD player is a very handy. When my former TV combi broke down on holiday and we purchased this in an emergency to enable us to continue watching dvds at night in the caravan. It has proved to be a good buy. The sound is not brilliant, but it is adequate, being small speakered within the confines of a very narrow surround, but on smaller sets that is about par for the course. Set-up was simple and quick, I had it up and running within a few minutes of opening the box. The large foot presented a small challenge to fit and remove (for our return journey), but is not too difficult when you have the hang of it. My only gripe is with the narrow viewing angle, it is fine seen from head on and at the same level, but move out of that quite narrow field of view and it does deteriorate a fair bit. The remote is also sensitive to angle. (Hence why only four stars). However it is light and neat to move about and does all it says on the box. The set is good looking in piano gloss black with a transparent acrylic at the bottom of the TV unit and is very well future proof with a n excellent specification. You could easily end up paying a hundred or so pounds more and get something not much better.
I am very pleased with it, and would recommend it to those who wish to use it on a temporary basis. (Not as a main TV.) I transport mine in in a TV bag which I think is worth the extra cost.

Nice tv, works great at home, but can't get any reception in caravan, tried 3 aerials. Seller was very helpful and exchanged if for different make.
