Visconti leather has that dark and sultry look about it. There's no doubt that this Organiser Messenger Bag has plenty of attitude. It is made from strong, quality leather in a fabulous choice of finishes. This is a big bag with excellent capacity in its roomy main compartment and will accommodate A5 sized files and paperwork/documents up to A4 size. For those wishing to carry A4 sized files, please note that they will fit into the bag but will stand proud of the top by approximately 1". You will be able to fold over the top flap but it won't close with the magnetic snap. The long adjustable strap enables the bag to be worn either over-the-shoulder or hands-free across-the-body. It is made from hardwearing polyester and there is a sliding rubber shoulder grip with leather top for comfort when carrying heavy loads. The interior of the bag is fully lined and the interior pocket top is reinforced with leather trim. The main flap is luxuriously lined with suede. The base of the bag is flat. This Visconti product is made from the finest leather and has that wonderful new leather aroma. Leather items may have wrinkles, scars, scratches that are inherent characteristics and natural beauty of the hide. A Visconti dust bag is included. Choose from BLACK, distressed leather which has a smooth matt surface and superb oiled finish with silver fittings, MOCHA, smooth, highly polished dark brown leather which has that refined professional look about it and antique brass fittings, OIL BROWN (MUD) OR OIL TAN distressed leather which has a smooth matt surface and superb oiled finish with antique brass fittings.

I couldn't decide wether to get the mud brown or mocha and kept changing my mind! I finally went with the mocha brown and am very happy that i did. It's a lovely rich deep and dark leather which is very soft to the touch yet strong and has a nice shine to it. This is really good quality leather and its soft too. There are some destress marks, more creases on the side panels of the bag but this is to be expected with this kind of leather and is atually a good thing as it means when the bag isnt too full the leather is soft enough for you to squash the bag a little so it isn't too bulky. The creases will get added to with time but this will look good and i'm really happy that this isn't an overly rigid bag. It arrived within a couple of days and was very well packaged and obviously brand new with a strong new leather smell and two dust bags. It is really well made and just lovely and soft to the touch i couldn't be happier and I am VERY picky when it comes to good quality leather! the strap is just long enough to wear across the body, but only just really. it could maybe do with another 10cm but then i do like to wear bags quite low. i couldn't decide wether to get this one or the workplace messanger at first, but i think i choice correctly as this is still very roomy and the front pockets for ipod and mobile are just perfect and clip open and closed very easiy with metal poppers. its still more messenger bag than handbag which is good. the front flap is quite ridgid (it has a layer of something stronger inside)and there isn't a zip at the top of the bag where the main opening is but there is a zip pocket on the front at the top and also a small zip compartment inside. If i were going to get a full messenger bag i would plum for one by visonti after seeing the quality of this one, they are alot cheaper than other brands for really good quaility leather. im really pleased I bought this and would like to buy it in the mud brown too and also the messenger bags now! if you like leather you will like these!

I was looking for a manbag to carry my very masculine things (mobile phone, wallet, keys etc.) around in that wasn't too big but also didn't look girly and this is a fantastic bag that fits the bill.
First of all, it is a great size for what I need including zippable compartments to safely store wallet keys etc, a nice compartment for my iPhone and a little section I can put business cards in.
Secondly, I think the Mud Brown version that I bought has a great distressed leather look to it that actually gets better (IMO) as it gets worn and marked as you use it, and also helps to push it to the more manly end of the leather bag market!
All in all, I'm delighted with my purchase - the only slight gripes are that sometimes it is a bit fiddly to close the flap and fasten the fastener, and also that some A4 items don't quite fit (although standard magazines are fine). Having said that, I should have bought a larger bag if I'd wanted to fit in bigger items!!!

i cannot stress how cool this bag is. i've been looking for a replacement for my work bag for a while and this fits the bill perfectly. It is very light yet feels strong and can stand upright on the base. I can fit my laptop snugly in the main compartment(a sony vaio tz series) but a larger laptop would be too big. a4 files also wouldn't fit in as they would stick out the top but for me it works fine-i can slide in my laptop, fit my ipod, blackberry, keys and there is enough for several paper documents. There are zips as well as magnetic locks and it all feels secure. I ordered the bag only 48 hours ago but despite the snow it turned up. very, very good...
