Loved this book - it's full of practical advice, no matter what stage you are at with your business. It has ideas on who to target, what software to use, how to get referrals and a bunch of other stuff!Well worth the money!

I found this book invaluable when starting my business in 2008. The book includes marketing information, accounting help and example letters that provide a good starting point when you feel out of your depth and on your own!
It really was the best purchase I made and helped me with so many decisions that proved the right ones! My only gripe was that it was based around US VA's and not UK - although this can easily be overlooked with a bit of common sense. I would recommend to all virtual assistants already in business and the people still in the process of thinking of 'going alone'.

I found this book influential and inspiring; there is useful information on targeting clients and good practical advice. Referrals are brilliant for gaining clients and there is a section about how to get referrals and useful software plus lots of other useful information.
