So like many other I missed putting the monthly flea drops on my cat and lived to regret it. I was fortunate that it was only a few days before I realised that she was suffering, me too when I counted over 20 bites that I'd assumed were from midges. I put the cat out for the morning, hovered the entire downstairs of the house (she is not allowed upstairs) sprayed this around the edges of the room, over her beds and favourite sleeping places then generally in the air as I backed out. I waited four hours, came back in and sprayed the inside of my Dyson cylinder, then hovered again. That was four weeks ago and not one bite since. I will never forget to spot her again! Very strong odour when spraying, so I would recommend wearing a mask, but after opening the windows after a few hours, the smell soon disappeared. Expensive, but it goes a long way and does the job so effectively. I still have more than half a can left after doing the bottom of a three bed detached house and will ensure I keep some on standby just in case.
