Product Description

Product Description
The true stoy of a tragic love affair between an heroic SAS operative and an IRA terrorist. Scott Graham was decorated for hereoism in Northern Ireland and the Falklands, and he fought battles in which more than a dozen IRA terrorists were killed. Mairead Farrell was petite, young and darkly beautiful and she planted bombs for the IRA. Together the two shared a deadly and terrible secret. They loved one another, against the taboos of both their armies, for 14 years. The clandestine love affair reached its crescendo with one of the most controversial incidents in the history of the SAS.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Real LIfe Love Story, 10 May 2002
By A Customer
A true love story in every sense of the word..... the only problems being one of the partners was a badged member of the SAS and the other a convicted IRA terrorist. No one could deny their love for each other and this is a real absorbing read. A must for anyone who likes books of this genre.

5.0 out of 5 stars A true story of love and death in N Ireland., 23 April 2002
By A Customer
Without doubt the most compelling and heart wrenching book I have ever read.As well as detailing the story of an SAS soldier's love affair with an IRA terrorist the book also tells of the authors role in the Falklands conflict and the Loughgall ambush and provides a valuable insight into the thinking of the person who was one of the IRA's most prominent members.

5.0 out of 5 stars A totally incredible story!, 1 Aug 2000
By A Customer
I simply could not put this book down as the story was so compelling. The end of the book is scarcely believable and if this was a non fiction story it would seem much too far fetched. Read it!
