I've had both these pans and a set of Anolon Professional ones for nearly 5 years. I can recommend both. Both are hard-anodized (which makes for a superb easy to clean, non-stick surface), both have glass lids for easy viewing and both have smart stainless steel handles (careful with these, though, as they can get a little hot!). I would happily cook with either set - the main benefits being no sticking of food to the bottom (so less chance of burning), the food comes away cleanly onto your plate and they are easy to wash up!

Overall, though, I have a slight preference for Anolon, as they have a slightly smoother cooking surface. The Techtonic ones are also chunkier and heavier than Anolon, and because they aren't quite as tall they don't hold as much. Still, these are minor points and doesn't stop them from being good pans - and at this price, they are worth every penny!
