A good quality non-stick pan for all your frying needs. Cleans easily like good Teflon should, and should keep its surface.

The metal handle tends to get hot, seeing as it's a small pan and therefore closer to the flame. This can't be helped, but needs bearing in mind if you're planning on cooking something that takes a long time.
