The product was of good quality and arrived On time. The issue with the product was its description. This described the product as 2 x glasses. To me this meant you would receive two glasses not one ?

Mug Handle Comes Loose

I was attracted to this product because of the beautifully designed handle. However, a number of flaws soon emerged:
(1) The handle (and mug) gets uncomfortably hot to the touch when filled with hot liquid.
(2) The handle grip is not comfortable.
(3) Most disappointing of all, the handle loosens after repeated use (I've had the mug for about a month, hand wash only) and now drops off repeatedly, posing a hazard especially when mug is filled.

Beautiful design but rather heavy

I first saw this line of table ware while having dinner at a restaurant. I went online and found out there was a whole selection. I started out with the café aux lait cups (which btw also can double as soup cups) and worked my way down the list of cups, mugs and glasses.
These Latte Macchiato glasses have the same wave design as the New Wave Cafe line. The good thing is the wave comes of so you can put it in the dishwasher separately from the glass. The bad thing is that the glass is rather heavy.
Overall I am very happy with this style and elegant design.

I've owned these macchiato glasses for several years and came back to Amazon to buy more, and was surprised that people are posting comments about the metal handle coming loose. I made this 20 second video to explain why it's not an issue.
