Pretty and cute!

We registered for these plates and we use them. They are not meant to be serving pieces as the other reviewer says, but a party plate because they act as a saucer and a tray for a small dessert or appetizer. They are more of a novelty item in the set, but they are really fun to use. Everyone always compliments all of our china, but most people are most amused by these cute little plates- we usually use for desserts, with one of the latte or cappuccino mugs.

These are used at a favorite resturant, I had to find them.
The resturant was secretive about where to get them. Finally found them on a large importer from China...Told them at the resturant i had to buy 1000, finally they told me they were sold at Macy's, got their name from Macy's website and of course, found them on Amazon....they are a treat. I also bought one for 2 other faculty for their birthday, who aslo go to that resturatn and being art and design teachers the whole reaturant is a treat. Wild Mango at Great Norther Mall. Take and everyday thing and make it a delight for the eye, genius.

Love the design! Love the idea putting cookies/snacks on the side instead of another plate. I tired to find another design with a similar idea, I couldn't. The only down side is probably not too easy to fit into a small dish washer, needs some space for it. Its not a big deal, just trying to be neutral! :D
