Since I purchased my kindle last summer, I have found myself reading many things I might not have tried when I had to actually buy the book to read them. I have always loved comics, but was never much into superhero novels. I decided to give Wearing The Cape a try simply because I was bored and it was a cheap Amazon recommendation for me. I was completely blown away, by Mr. Harmon's world, and writing. Astra was just very relate-able and well developed. I just Hoped the book wasn't a one trick pony. It wasn't.

Mr Harmon has continued the story started in the first book in a very engaging and logical continuation to his story. I was worried that the initial episodic format would limit the story as it went forward, but Mr. Harmon has definitely done it again. highly recommended.

The final chapter in villains Inc is a doozy. Action, intruige and a setup for the next series combine to make this a fun romp and a satisfying end fir the 4 parted. Harmon has crafted an awesome superhero 'verse that I can only wish to read more of.

I was skeptical when I started this series, not being in the habit of reading superhero comics or books. But the characters (several of them) were engaging and I enjoyed watching them develop. And now that I reach the end, I am looking forward to the next book in this setting, with a different protagonist.
