This product does exactly as it was described. It is small and stylish and works really well. I think it is brilliant.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love my 2710n 13 May 2012
I bought the Vigor 2710n to replace a Linksys WAG160N. The Linksys kept dropping signals, and needed rebooting at least twice most days. Also the walls between our rooms are solid cavity brick and there's a lot of distance to cover.

The Vigor works fabulously. Excellent strong signal everywhere, even at the other end of our flat, and has never needed rebooting. It does exactly what it says on the tin. I haven't tried any of the fancier features, but see no reason why it should perform those functions any less well. Great product.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nightmare ! 13 Feb 2011
By Bob
I started off getting a Vigor 2710Vdn to try to utilise VOIP but this proved disasterous. After more than 2 weeks of perseverance to set up just the basic functions to run 2 pcs wirelessly and dect + analogue phones I gave up without even attempting to do VOIP. The supplier agreed to send a replacement router which proved the initial one was faulty but it still remained inconsistent to try and get dect phones + analogue phone to work. I moved to a 2710n which was better but I cannot now connect 2 pcs at the same time. Either one on its own is ok but two just will not function. They pick up the wireless network ok but the second one to be switched on will not connect to the internet because the IP address assigned ends.11 rather than .3 as the third device being hooked up. The documentation leaves a lot to be desired and what is there in black and white has been somewhat lost in translation. The support from draytek themselves is extremely poor and expensive if you phone them. I'm returning this one as faulty and looking to try a different brand - just dont know what yet !?
