This is a really good recipe book. Vietnamese food is tasty and fresh. This book gives easy to follow instructions on how to prepare some wonderful dishes. I am having a great time working through the book.

A comprehensive cookery book, evokes the smells of vietnam. For those wanting to leave the safety of thai cusine, this is a rock to anchor your new culinary voyage too.

this cookbook is good, it's a smaller sized one. The recipes are pretty nice, though I do see some overlap with chinese/thai cooking. That would be a region specific issue and not a fault of this author. I made some salad from it already and it was yummy! Make sure you have loads of mint, chili, basil, coriander & dig in - good summery cookbook for the adventurous & aspiring cook. Worth the money spent, though I wish it was a larger book (as in page size). Go for it!
