I try and avoid cheap junk like the plague, and is there loads out there. Bought these to cut chickens in tandem with the stainless steel chicken shear (the £50 odd jobbie) Victorinox do. These are easier to grip when covered with chicken guts, I bought the red pair. So in a nutshell appears good quality, sharp and cuts very well.
If they turn out to be a lemon Ill update the review.

Still going strong and boy have these thing had a hard life. Even if they fell to bits today they would be good, however they are still sharp as hell.

These are proper scissors that cut anything from boning chickens to taking newspaper clippings at a quality and price that makes inferior alternatives expensive in the long run.

I broke my arm and found that my current pair of scissors was unusable "wrong-handed" as they come apart for cleaning at the most imopportune moments.
