This book, eventually, tells you everything you need to buy for Fret-Working and WoodCarving. And it also tells you about many types of woods which the person for a taste of victorian woodworks would like to discover and a few hints and tips on woodworking. Although it doesn't diretly tell you how to use these tools.

Another thing which I'm not too fond of, is that all the carvings and fretworks are at the last few pages, not along with the right pages. So you have to keep on turning to the illustrations- they're drawn. Sadly enough. I was expecting them to be photographs :(

On the other hand, though. I'm a beginner for fretworking and woodcarving and this was indeed helpful enough for me :D
