For anyone who wants pictures of later Victorian fashion including both bustle periods this book is a must. Filled with beautiful, detailed fashion plates covering all parts of ladies fashion from undies to accessories this book has it all! The accompanying text is short but interesting as it is contemporary with the pictures. An excellent resource for all students of costume or fashion history.

This book is an excellent source reference for the Bustle and Fine De Siecle time periods of fashion and costume wear. It has excellent illustrations of all types of daily and evening womens fashion in the various period silouettes.
