Victoria Field is a writer and poetry therapist who has lived and worked in Turkey, Russia, Pakistan and most recently, Cornwall. She is the author of two collections of poetry, the second Many Waters was based on a year-long residency at Truro Cathedral and her work appears in many magazines, including in translation in Romania. A poetry pamphlet, October Guests, is based on a tour to Canada and New York with fellow poets, Caroline Carver and Penelope Shuttle.
Her third co-edited book on the therapeutic applications of creative writing, Writing Routes was published by Jessica Kingsley in 2010.
She has also written a children's book and has had two plays produced by Hall for Cornwall where she was an Associate Artist from 2006-2010.
She is a regular tutor on the Writing in Health and Social Care programme at Ty Newydd, the National Writers' Centre for Wales.
