I've owned one of these for sometime and am quite pleased. Wonderful results.
The reason I only give it a 4 star rating is due to the "domed" bottom. Very good for use on old style electric hobs and gas hobs. But if you have the newer flat style hobs, then it slides and tilts all over the place. Its still useable though just very, very annoying and could be a danger. Still wondering if I can hammer the bottom flat.
