Product Description

What is 'Memory Foam' ? Memory Foam is the revolutionary Open Cell Foam, developed in 1970 by an aeronautical engineer as part of a research project started in 1969 by NASA, it was aimed at providing better passenger impact protection and comfort during long commercial airline flights. This was the driving force behind the development of the unique cushioning material. How does Memory Foam Work? Memory Foam works by moulding to your exact shape and position, cradling the head and the natural hollows of your neck, shoulders, back and knees and relaxing your joints and muscles. When you turn in bed it quickly recovers and re-adjusts, providing you with total support through the night. Because of its ability to absorb pressure, memory foam can significantly reduce the need to turn in bed by 80% promoting a more restful nights sleep Memory Foam Benefits : Memory foam is most effective for relieving pressure points caused by the human body in its relaxed state. . . The correct support can prevent or significantly reduce: Tension headaches. Fibrosis in shoulder muscles. Aches and pains in the pelvic area. Circulation problems which can cause swollen calves and feet. Sore and chaffed heels. Risk of swollen and painful hip joints. Back pain. Insomnia. Respiratory problems, including allergies and asthma. The dust mite cannot live in memory foam. Is it worth the money? Memory foam isn't cheap. The material used is expensive to produce and so the price of their products may come as a shock. However, memory foam comes recommended by back specialists all over the world. Over 30,000 medical doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists and osteopaths recommend the memory mattress toppers. They firmly believe in the value of the material to ease and prevent back and neck problems, as well as providing the best conditions for a good night's sleep

I was desperate for a new mattress but having a brood to pay for doesnt come cheap....we had been putting it off for at least a year....I had been searching the sales and the internet and saw this and thought it must be to good to be true! I called the company who where very helpful and answered all my questions. Subsequently we bought the mattress and waited with anticipation. It arrived promtly within 2 days of the order. It is a fantastic mattress for the price you pay. Most memory foam mattresses are at the very least twice the price of this one. You get what you pay for but if you are looking for a new mattress and wonder if this one is any good because it is so reasonably priced - you have no need to worry because its great! It does take a little getting used to - especially if you have been used to a very firm bed but within a week or so we could tell the difference and we both seem to get a better nights sleep!!!

I was looking for a new mattress, needed one on a budget and one that might help husbands back, been sore since a car accident last year, and be confortable for me my hips would always be sore after sleeping on our old hard mattress. I decided on this one on the stregnth of the 1st review and the belief that this was probably exactly the same as other mattrass's but without the frills of a fancy cover.

It is 7cm of 75G/m3 mermory foam on top of firmer relective foam, 8" in total, out fitted sheets still just fitted. The velour cover is very thin but with a sheet on it doesn't matter. I was worried that it was too cheap but I am very satisfied, If you can afford a 10" one then sure go for it but there is nothing wrong with this one. It takes a little getting used to but a huge differnce to us already. This is so very comfortable, a wonderful nights sleep, not to hot and not too cold so perhas I was right about not needing a fancy stay cool cover.

It comes in a roll in a box about 6f by 2f and for me after 2 days, it will need stripped of its plastic shrink wrap and aired out after opening as it stinks very chemically, in our case a spare room with window open for a few days, its still smells a bit after a week.

ordering was very simple considering it was a first time purchase. Delivery was well within the guide lines given. The mattress is lovely and comfortable and does exactly what it says on the label. A good choice.

This mattress is VALUE, this mattress is SUPERB. Don't be put off by the ludicrously low price, i nearly was and I'd have regretted that decision. I can't praise this mattress enough or do this review justice, but in this world of gimmicks and cons that we live in one is left rather sceptical of so called bargains, well there lies the crux,THIS IS A BONA FIDE BARGAIN!, also the delivery and despatch were second to none. If you want a memory foam mattress that punches well above it's weight stop! you've found it.

This comes in a box rolled up. You take it out of bag and let it fill with air.
I bought this for my sons bed and he loves it. Personally I find it takes a bit of getting used to as I am used to a sprung bed and on this you seem to just sink in which is comfortable but not so easy to move around.

well brought this earlier in the week however didnt get around to putting on the bed until Saturday due to space and time to let it 'air' and expand,

anyway after saturday night sleeping on it, my wife woke up so impressed as she didnt ache, and i had had a good night sleep as well

was worried about how cheap this was but i am so glad i got it and didnt pay out so much more for the same thing, yes there is a slight chemical smell to it to start of with however it does tell you to leave it 24-48 hours to expand and air and it has already mostly gone even after having used it the same day (12 hours to air) so 48 hours would be a good time to wait if you have the space to let it air

all in all a great purchase and would recommend it to anyone

We bought this mattress in October 2009 and at first we thought it was really good and sang it's praises to everyone. When you first get the mattress it smells abit but we were told that it goes after a few days which it did. The first week or so we had a great nights sleep but then we realised that the memory foam doesn't let air circulate like a normal mattress would so it starts to make you sweat through the night and of course thus making the bed clothes, duvet, pillows all damp, lots more washing for you. We had a normal mattress before this and had never experienced this problem.

Two years on we have just ordered a new bed as we've had enough of the lack of sleep due to above problem, even our divan base is damp as the moisture from the mattress has collected on it yuk!!!!!

The memory foam mattress comes with a " luxury velour zipped cover" this is a joke as i took it off to wash only for the zip to brake trying to get the cover on again so that got binned and now the final straw is that the mattress has little pieces of foam coming off it!!

If your a bed snob and basically love your sleep like most people DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
It's the worst item we've ever bought and i cannot wait for my new bed to arrive and i will take great pleasure in tossing the memory foam mattress in the skip yipee!!.
