I bought this book because I wanted to make dairyfree ice cream, I have tried many of these wonderful recipes however they are very sweet and at the moment I am still trying to adjust the sweetness of these recipes. Some of the recipes have amazing ingedients so I feel I must give this book a chance.

I've had this book a few months now and they all taste so good I am takng the trouble to say YES! Don't be put off by the rather high cost of the ingredients on average it costs about £[...] to make 1 pound of vice cream but the results are definitely worth it, so be good to yourself.

I make home made ice cream for friends and family.
I bought this book because my Sister is allergic to most proteins because of her Parkinsons medication.
Only when I get the book do I discover most of the recipes use nut based milk.
Another vegan ice cream book I have uses soya based cream....My Sister has reactions to soya as well.
Please do be aware this book is NOT suitable for anyone with nut allergies.

The ice-cream must be made with an ice-cream maker which is not what i thought... i have recipes for delicious ice-cream that do not need this.
If this wasn't a problem the book would have been nice tho.
