This is the third title in Collins' new "Artist's Studio" series for the intermediate painter. Shirley Trevena, author of the very successful "Taking Risks with Watercolour", is well known for her vibrant use of colour and, in this superbly illustrated book, she focuses on using colour in particularly creative and innovative ways. Colour is one of the most important aspects of painting and all artists find it a fascinating, but at times challenging, subject.
