At first wear they felt a bit strange, but now I am used to them I find them very comfortable and almost like walking in bare feet. Love them. Follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. One thing to note is that the adjustment 'pull' is a very good idea - it means you can make the fit just right. I have wide feet and hate trainers because they scrunch up my toes so much - I would definitely buy again.
