Very Disappointing,

I looked hard at reviews before choosing this product to use on holiday in France. I have been very disappointed. First of all, it is not compatible with Windows Vista, so you can't even register it without using someone else's computer. Secondly, it does not hold its charge for very long - approximately two hours, then even if you use the in-car charger it just cuts out when it gets too low. This happened to us twice in France, both time at crucial roundabouts! Thirdly, it makes mistakes and twice sent us the wrong way with maddening consequences. I am now considering selling it.

I have a ViaMichelin Sat. Nav. the same model advertised X-950T bought from new 18 months ago and have had the same problems from the start as the other reviewer. Cannot register it on line or any other way,Michelin will not accept the registration. Tried to get help to solve the problems but Michelin ignored my calls. It now tells me when I am driving along that I have made an illegle manuover and shuts down and Then I have to reprogramme my jouney again.For anyone thinking of buying this model should realy think TWICE.

Search a little and you will discover that Michelin have stopped making satnav systems so even they have realised how poor they were!!
Poor battery , poor POI availability and poor guidance. Obviously as they have stopped production they have also stopped support / updating their products , i managed to download an update and new map but it was still dreadful I gave in and sold it at a loss on Ebay in the end. AVOID!!
