Product Description

Vet's Kitchen Healthy Skin supplement is a high strength veterinary formulation specifically designed to maintain and improve the long term health of your dog's skin and coat. Helping dogs maintain healthy skin and coat is something that is part of my everyday work as a veterinary surgeon, and I know how effective natural ingredients such as omega 3 fatty acids and oat groats can be. That is why I've developed this veterinary formulation using only the very best active ingredients, specifically to help dogs keep their skin in perfect condition: It is delivered in a tasty all-natural chicken sauce which is simply added to your dog's main meal once a day, making administration simple and effective. And don't just take our word for it - in our recent clinical trials, 79% of owners felt that Vet's Kitchen Healthy Skin supplement had a beneficial effect on their dog's skin.

My undying thanks to the people who make this product. As a pensioner with limited cash,Vets bills are a nightmare when they occure,My dog is now coming up to 11yrs old and has very painful joints,he used to cry in pain until I found this product at one of my local Tesco Superstores,(although not on a regular basis)I have now sourced it at Asda stores and now on Amazon.who I think I will be getting my future supplies from.
Please if you treasure your pet as I do mine and they have the same problem please try this product,I buy 2 every fortnight for my dog who is now able to play with his football and run around again,Maybe I should get some for myself to keep up with him.

I bought this for my 8 year old rottie who was starting to cry a little when getting up from the floor after my sister suggesting it might help him.
It truly is amazing, he is getting up and down the stairs, on beds etc with absolutely no crying at all and running around like a puppy again.
I am so grateful for this product and will definitely continue buying it for him as it has improved the quality of his life immensely :-D

My gorgeous elderly dog, (over 13) has benefitted hugely from this particulat addition to his daily diet. He was extremely creaky in his joints, and although Goldies have something of a reputation for being greeedy eaters, mine is actually rather choosey, so I was somewhat relieved when he gobbled up his dinner with two very generous teaspoons of this product. It certainly seems to make life easier for him with no subtifuge of disguising the actual gel. It very obviously smells of chicken, and though I've not personally eaten it, I imagine it tastes as such! From the first morning after trying two very generous teaspoons of the gel-like substance on his main meal of the day in the evening, he appeared more comfortable with his body, able to walk easily, after waking up in the morning. It's not a miracle 'cure', you cannot cure arthritis or old age, but you can make life more comfortable for your beloved dog. Only down-side, it seems to make him a bit thirstier than before. If you're concerned about your creaky pet, check him or her out with the vet first, and if he or she approves, give this a whirl!

Our dog had been having the Pedigree sticks. Then I saw this in our local Boots store and thought I would give it a go. Within a week, she was more lively and springy. Would definitely recommend!

Found this by accident, when searching for supplements for myself. Read the reviews, and there were quite a few, and thought to myself, that nothing could be that good, but I had nothing to lose by trying it as my American Bulldog had been limping for almost a year (quite badly some days) since returning to normal exercise after a couple of major operations. Bearing in mind that for 6 months he had been on painkillers for the limp at a cost of £108.00 per month and the limp never completely disappeared. Like I say, I had nothing to lose by giving it a go as I had already just stopped the painkillers as they didn't appear to have much effect. My first thought was that I needed to give it a fair trial of maybe 2 months and being quite a big boy at 56 kg he did need 25 ml per day, therefore needing a couple of bottles per month. In less than a week the limp had completely, yes, completely disappeared, and has never come back. That was almost a year ago now, so he is still taking it. On a recent visit to the vet following yet another huge operation this time, I spoke with him about it, he was quite sceptical as there has never been anything proven with the ingredients listed but also made the point that the placebo effect would not work on dogs and if there seemed to be improvement where all else had failed, then to carry on!! So, that's my story,it's worked for Bailey, hope you have the same success, it's worth a try, however, be mindful to not self-diagnose at the expense of your dogs health, your vet should always be the first point of call. Thanks for reading, and hope this helps!

my dog has arthritis and has undergone a major laminectomy, following this the poor boy has suffered terribly. His joints were creaking and I was desperate to try anything to help him. I saw this in tesco and despite being quite expensive thought it was worth a try. My dog has been on it now for about six months along with cod liver oil and he is not creaky at all, still stiff but much improved. It would be churlish to make miracle claims about this product, I will leave that to clinical trials and is possible things might have improved anyway without it, but I do firmly believe it helps. My boy likes the taste and a bottle lasts about a month, although this will depend on the size of your dog. I now get it from amazon as I dont want to risk tesco running out. If your dog has arthitis I would say give this a try its easy to dispense, just put in food and keep your fingers crossed. I would also advise cod liver oil too, which is very cheap and available in little pearls. To be honest anything you can do for your pets wellbeing in such situations is worth trying.

It's too early to tell if this gel has an affect on my puppy's joints but it's very palatable, easy for him to digest and makes me satisfied I'm providing some sort of protection for his joints as he gets older. It's quite expensive but you only need a small amount a day and each bottle lasts 30 days. My golden retriever happily eats it on his normal food.
