Although this is indeed perfect for babies, bear in mind that the book does not have any narrative; there's no beautiful-butterflying going on here and it's just pictures of fruit with the name next to it. As long as you're familiar with the story this present is perfect, but I'll be giving it as a gift to parents unfamiliar with the story, so it just looks like I've sent their baby a cloth book full of pictures of fruit.

Surely the whole point of this story is that the caterpillar changes into a butterfly?! Not in this book.
