Anyone who is disillusioned by the Ibiza/Agia Napa revolution need only to purchase this CD to bring back the great days of dance. Those on a budget who want the greatest of both bands will find this compilation a godsend, with almost all the classics included, among them "Lost In Music"and "Good Times". So why not the full five stars? Simple. The exclusion of Chic's classic "My Forbidden Lover" at the expense of Sister Sledge's dreadful "Frankie" - a song that enhanced their bank balance but not their reputation. Despite that it remains a very powerful compilation, especially when you feel the urge to don the flares and open a packet of Spangles.

An absolute classic CD to have. Couldn't find this in any local record shops and have been looking out everywhere for old Chic and sister sledge dance masterpieces. Hats off to amazon...the CD arrived on Saturday morning just in time for a pre-planned 70's/80's house party that night....it went down a treat.

Simply The Best Rock,Pop,Soul,R&B Dance,Music that you will here from the Disco era ever, all written by the great Bernard Edwards and the late Nile Rodgers who has sadly now passed away.A great cd to discover what the fuss was all about,Songs that have and still are influencing today's music,a must have!
