Bikini Kill contain amazing feminist lyrics with fast, abrasive melodies that stay stuck in the head for ages.
Anyone interested in riot grrl should take a look at this as it combines all of the elements which make the genre great.
The band riot and scream their way through a variety of songs which, even if you only pick up a couple of lines, will make you think.
I seriously recommend this album to anyone looking for riot grrl before it lost its way.

This is an amazing CD id you like trashy punk then you'll definatly love this, so far I haven't seen any of these albums in the shops (but I live in England) and alot of my American friends haven't either, along with amazingly written lyrics bikini kill also have great melodies and I definatly recomend this to any punk-ass around!
