Does what it says on the pack. The price you pay for this product, and the quality, varies enormously, depending on the brand and supplier. These 7mm cases are economical and ideal for the private DVD library, taking up less than half the space of those supplied by DVD distributors (Why are pre-recorded DVD's supplied in 14mm cases anyway - come to that, why are DVD cases 190mm x 135mm, whereas CD cases are 125mm x 142mm? - the discs are the same size, so why aren't the cases?). Rant over, back to the product; as I was saying... I've found these single disc Verbatim DVD cases perfect for home use - all I need now is to find 2/3/4 disc cases of the same quality, with similar savings. Will definitely repeat purchase if price remains competitive.
UPDATE: I wrote the above review nearly 8 months ago. I've not had any problems with the cases and I've since bought two more packs.

Great quality slim library cases for your home movie DVDs. Makes alot of sense to use these cases rather than just keeping your treasured memories in a stack!

Arrived in perfect condition

Verbatim slim dvd cases
Very Happy with my purchase, arrived within the stated time. If you have a lot of DVD's I recommend the slimline cases they only take up half the storage space.

Quick delivery and just what I required. Not high quality if you wanted to use for commercial distribution but for home DVD's they are perfect.
