Very compact robust USB memory device. Because of the minimal size once in a USB slot (just enough protrudes to enable extraction by fingers and not by use of penknife/screwdriver etc) the risk of accidental damage is very small. Small physical size does not seem to have reduced its performance - read/write times are good, it doesn't get too hot, so far no limitations at all.

i got the item through the post within 2 days of ordering which was very suprising yet i was ecstatic. anyway, the usb itself is exactly as its described on amazon, small, compact and u neva have to take it out. i got the 8gb so thats more than enough space for all my music. i just leave it in my car stereo which i also bought on this site. amazon has yet to let me down.

There's not a great deal to say about this, it does exactly what it says on the tin. It's TINY, and everyone who sees it can't believe that there's 8GB in there (there's a 16GB version too).
I Bought it as I have a USB enabled In-Car Stereo and I previously had a full size USB stick hanging out of the front. This caused a couple of issues - sometimes you catch it with your hand as you change the car heater settings or something and you really don't want to break the USB input. The 2nd issue was you'd have to remove the stick to take the pop-off front with you. This little Verbatim solves both issues, being hardly noticeable and snug in the USB input. It also fits neatly in to the pop-off box without having to be removed!
These things are designed for Netbooks mainly so you don't have to remove them every time you put them back into a carry-case or whatever and they work very well. You can't go wrong with Verbatim too - I've been buying their stuff for years and they've never let me down yet.
Be aware though, these things are very losable! Because of their small size they are very easy to misplace.
Get one.

small size big heart

Fits into the car stereo USB slot with no danger of being knocked or damaged. Been looking for one of these a reasonable price for a while - very happy with this one

Netbook 8Gb USB Drive
Really compact, only problem is unpluging it if the USB socket is tight. Could be a chance of loosing it, it is so small. Recieved by return of post.
