Double Layer disc, with a Printable matt silver surface. Verbatim Double Layer Discs provide a massive 8.5GB (2.6 for 8cm products) storage capacity. The double layer of recording has been made possible by the creation of a new substrate layer that sits in between each recording layer, that allows the laser beam to record on both layers. Once the first layer has been recorded, the laser re-focused to record on the second layer.

I use these to back up data on PC's and to archive TV programmes from my Sony hard disc recorders. I've not had a coaster yet. Not only that, but when I pass the discs around for other people to borrow I've not had one person say it wouldn't play on their home DVD player. That's got to be the best recommendation for any writeable DVD product.

used these discs to backup xbox360 games,every disc backed up fine 100% worked,one of the best quality discs ive used,these discs are more expensive than alot of other brands but if you need high quality backups such as i do then they are worth every penny as you get alot of problems with the cheeper discs out there,now ive tested them i will only use these discs and be buying some more.

Not much to say here, but I have been through at least 60 of these things, probably more, and I am yet to find a single dud disc. Every write has worked perfectly, and there are no signs of early degradation. Having tried various other makes, I can say that if you want DVD+R DLs you should pick these over any of the alternatives.

These discs are extremely reliable - I have not had one failure in over 50 write sessions. I use them for home movies transferred from my camcorder, which gives me far more play time than a standard DVD. The resulting discs play in all the standard domestic DVD players I've tried without a hitch.

First things first:

-No coasters! (bad burns)
-These actualy dont scratch as much as the 10 pack
-Printable

There all you need! I've used over 50 of these now and there good quality and NEVER failed me.

You can print on them using a Certain printer (i forgot which). If you do print on them then make sure you print on them after you burn them. If you print before you burn them then while its burning the ink might go messy because it can get very hot while burning.

10/10!
