If you're fed up with your Sony camcorder flashing up "Sony disc recommended" whenever you switch on, buy these discs. I don't know if there's any link between Verbatim and Sony, but my camcorder can't tell the difference. Not only do you not get the annoying flashup you can also edit your movies quite happily - a option which has been disabled with other makes of disc I've used in the past. One thing I don't like about Sony is they're always trying to monopolise the market which is why I like the Verbatim discs so much - they're reasonably priced and do exactly what they say on the tin.

I'm done with trying to find a cheaper equivalent product. Verbatim all the way for me. Cheaper brands, and some more expensive ones as well, have given me nothing but trouble with my camcorder and I'm sick of it. These disks NEVER let me down.
