It has been designed for use in domestic bathrooms and WCs. This fan exceeds the requirements of Building Regulation (Document F) of 15 litres per second for domestic bathrooms with integral WCs. The Vent Axia VA100X Extractor Fan is IPX4 rated and fitted with ball bearing motors.
