Product Description
The Vent Axia VA100LT Extractor Fan with Timer can be wall or panel mounted. It can also be fitted into a window with the optional 254101A Window Kit. It has been designed for use in domestic bathrooms and WCs. This fan exceeds the requirements of Building Regulation (Document F) of 15 litres per second for domestic bathrooms with integral WCs. The Vent Axia VA100LT Extractor Fan with Timer is IPX4 rated and fitted with ball bearing motors. The Vent Axia VA100LT Extractor Fan is designed with a clean white finish and is suitable for ambient temperatures up to 40deg C. For details on Bathroom zones check our blog post on the topic. On all VA100 timer models the necessary 15 minute overrun timer, as specified in Building Regulation (Document F) for internal WC ventilation, is achieved with an adjustable electronic timer ranging from 3 to 20 minutes.Timer models should be isolated using a 3 pole isolator.Operation is via light switch with timer overrun facility and the unit has no shutters.Extract performance is 90 cubic metres per hour, 25 litres per second.15 Watts32 dB(A) at 3m
